Every care plan begins with a mandatory two-way video consultation and evaluation with a licensed healthcare provider through US Health & Wellness who takes the time to understand you—your health history, lifestyle, goals, and the things that matter most to you. From there, we create a personalized approach that’s simple, practical, and designed to fit your everyday routine.

How treatment works, start to finish
Every order follows the same clinical process — a thorough intake, a mandatory video consultation with a licensed provider, and a licensed pharmacy behind every prescription.
Complete your intake
Tell us about your health history, current medications, and goals. Completing the intake does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Attend a video consult
Before any prescription is issued, you’ll have a live two-way video consultation with a licensed healthcare provider from US Health & Wellness. The provider reviews your intake with you, asks follow-up questions, and decides whether treatment is medically appropriate. Medication, strength, and dosage are set by the provider, not chosen by you.
Provider approval & payment
If treatment is approved following your video consult, your payment is processed. Medication, strength, and dosage are set solely by the provider, not chosen by you.
Pharmacy fulfillment
Your prescription is sent to our dispensing pharmacy, Partell Pharmacy, which fills and ships your medication directly to you.

After your intake, you’ll complete a live two-way video consultation with a licensed US Health & Wellness provider. No decision about medication is made from your intake answers alone.

Your provider decides on treatment
If treatment is medically appropriate based on your video consultation, the provider decides the medication, formulation, strength, and quantity. You don't pick a dose. If treatment isn't appropriate, you'll be told, and our Returns & Refunds page explains what's refundable.

Partell Pharmacy fills and ships it
Once your prescription is written, Partell Pharmacy dispenses your medication and ships it to you.
